Medicine Song: "Korainono" - A Heart Touching Icaro from the Yawanawa Tribe

We are sharing this wonderful icaro, "Korainono", that is touching our hearts so deeply. In the culture of Yawanawa, Nokekoi and many other tribes, the icaros play an important role - for celebration, festivals, ceremonies, healing and prayer. It can be compared to mantras or prayers in other cultures.

This medicine song is said to be from the Yawanawa or Nokekoi tribes. We had only found different versions of this icaro online. We really love this version, so we wanted to share it with you. We hope you like it, too!
