Epreuve - Mirar THAT RIFF (+ tutorial on how to pitchshift)
Whats up all! Like everyone else, I was blown away by the new Mirar record and I knew I just had to cover something off it. Especially with how well my Hestehov cover was received!
On first listen this riff at the end of Epreuve immediately stood out to me, especially when the ambiance in the background hit. It's so chaotic, heavy and emotional at the same time!
Also, on my last cover of Mirar, quite a few people had questions about the pitch shifting and how exactly I automated it. So the last 3 minutes of the video I talk a bit about how I went about that.
Incase you wanna give it a shot yourself, here is a dropbox link with the guitarpro file, a pdf file if you don't have guitarpro and also the reaper file I used which should include the pitch automation!
