🎸 I've always admired how Gordon Lightfoot can effortlessly evoke a mood with his music 🎶. His repertoire is brimming with great songs 🎵, yet, strangely enough, he has never been widely known here in Belgium 🇧🇪.
A couple of years ago, I attempted to arrange a version of Early Morning Rain 🌧️ at its original tempo ⏱️, but something didn't feel quite right 🤔. Then, one day, while I was listening to music 🎧, Ian & Sylvia's rendition played 🎼. Their slower tempo was a revelation 💡.
Inspired by this, here is my take on Early Morning Rain 🎤.
