Drum Cover by Bryan Macaranas - 'Walking Dead' by Well-mess (2021)

I was feeling quite 'punky', and needed a burst of energy. I've been recording other people, other than myself for the last month or so, and I have missed having a hit....a good hit! So I looked through my library of drumless tracks; 'Walking Dead' fit the bill and was fun to record.
The true challenge was to keep the energy up but still being able to introduce some colour and orchestration to the drumming. Melodic toms work / melodic cymbal work / dancey hats and tom rolls enough to fill this week's drum fill quota - chucked it all in the drumming soup. That was fun.
