If Third Eye Blind Wrote What's My Age Again?
I'm excited to share with you my latest video: "If Blink 182 Wrote Semi Charmed Life (The Third Eye Blind Squeakuel)"!
As some of you may recall, I made a video several years ago where I took the song "Semi-Charmed Life" and reimagined it in the style of Blink 182. Many of you suggested that I do the reverse - take a Blink song and make it sound like Third Eye Blind.
At first, I was hesitant because I wasn't sure if I could capture the spirit of Third Eye Blind in the same convincing way as I did with Blink's sound. But after some thought, I realized that it's okay to experiment and try new things - even if they're not perfect.
As an artist, I'm learning to let go of my need for perfection and focus on having fun with the creative process.
I want to thank all of you who have supported me throughout this journey. Your encouragement means a lot to me, and I'm grateful to be able to share my passion for music with all of you.
- This is a bit more personal than usual, but I wanted to take a moment to reflect on why I made this video and what it means to me.
- I'm really happy with how the song turned out, even if it doesn't sound exactly like Third Eye Blind (which was my goal, anyway!)
- So, what do you think? Let me know in the comments!
