Experimental Ambient with Resonant Marbles and Nuts | Ice Pool 2026-07-15 by atnr
An experimental ambient piece featuring the resonant sounds of marbles and metal nuts.
Two piezo elements are attached to a glass bottle to capture the sounds of the marbles and nuts inside. The output is processed through the Wingie 2 and blueSky, adding resonator effects and reverb.
On the OP-1 field, synth pads are performed and processed through the MICROCOSM with deep reverb and filtering.
An NT-4 microphone is used to record the sounds of a gong and other percussion instruments.
