Foolish Improv - 1947 Gibson ES 350P Fingerstyle
This ES350P is a fantastic guitar, perhaps my favorite electric Jazz guitar sound of all. I'm playing over the quartet app backing for a nice old song call These Foolish This is an improvised solo that hints at the melody of the song without playing it verbatim. I find this to be a good approach to improvising especially in the first chorus or two. Visit www.timsguitarworkshop.com to get more lessons in this idea.
