Drawn from the atmosphere of lounge music — the kind drifting through swanky hotels and low-lit cocktail bars — “Café Milano” unfolds as an instrumental snapshot of the moment, subtly informed by European lounge records and the understated, cinematic energy of groups like Les Hommes.
