coulou's cafe trumpet meditations (no. 12)
Hey everyone, welcome back! :)
I've had the apartment to myself this past week and it's been amazing. I've been spending so much time drinking tea and listening to records in my living room that it just felt right to do a meditation here.
- This room feels like a cozy safe haven from all the chaos, and I'm really lucky to have been able to build this little world for myself.
I'm so grateful for these meditations - they've become my weekly anchor point of peace and centering. I feel like I woke up into this meditation today, everything seemed to come together naturally.
- The tone of the guitar and the frequencies of the chords felt especially rich and healing.
