In Sync.
The mind is just spinning, and my head was trying to solve problems I didn't have. On a good day grabbing the guitar can be a solution to that. Not on the long run, but just long enough to concentrate on nothing but my own breath again. This time it took quite a while to calm down, but not only that. I put something really peaceful to tape.
After I was done, I immediately shut down the computer, didn't take a listen to it, and didn't check the video. I was just done. It was such a surprise the next day when it came to mixing the audio. It felt so calming and I didn't have the feeling anything was rushed.
The beat was just so relaxed that I had nothing to do but synchronize.
